Living Laser is a relatively new band from the Hudson Valley, NY formed from the ashes of the post hardcore band Robots And Empire and spazzcore band Casket Architects. Living Laser play a great style of hardcore and punk influenced by Bad Brains, Dead Kennedys, Black Flag, and possibly Burn. Ragged Glory is the band's debut release and the seven songs on this cassette make me remember why I got into punk/hardcore in the first place. Seven songs of energetic, classic NYHC inspired music. The band absolutely tear things up with these seven songs, displaying a frantic energy, and reckless abandon. The vocals really stand out too and are reminiscent of Bad Brain's HR. Great stuff!
