Weak Teeth are a relatively new band from Providence, RI who first caught my attention with their self titled 7" released last year. Weak Teeth play a style of hardcore and punk that seamlessly blends modern sounding hardcore with a healthy nod to late 90's and early 2000's emotive hardcore. The end result is 11 songs in about 24 minutes. Weak Teeth is chaotic, melodic, and destructive all at once. At times, the band reminds me of modern bands such as Comadre, Olde Ghost, Birds In Row, and Loma Prieta. At other times the band makes me reminesce about late 90's and early 2000's bands such as Bullets In, Bread And Circuits, Books Lie, and The Fiction. What A Plague You Are is an amazing album. Highly recommended! Enjoy!
