The Keep are a band from Cardiff, United Kingdom and feature members of Ironclad and Harbor. Lifeless Empire is the band's debut LP and features 10 tracks of down-tempo sludge influenced post hardcore. At time's The Keep takes cues from bands such as Tombs, while at other times, the Keep take an almost doom/stoner rock approach to their sound and call to mind bands such as Doomriders or older Saviours.
