Tidemouth is a band from San Clarita, CA who play a great style of music that's really hard to pin down. At times, the band's sound is reminiscent of bands such as Orchid, Modern Life Is War, and Give Up The Ghost. Add to that, an almost darkwave/newave vibe and you can begin to see where the band is going with their style. Imagine the Cure filtered through modern hardcore and the end result is six songs of music that defies catagorization and avoids being lumped in with countless other bands in the modern hardcore scene. Seriously, if I hear one more band that sounds like Defeater or Touche Amore, I might blow my f**king head off! Great stuff guys!
